afc... which wire?

Well, I did a search on this question to see if anyone else has asked it.. well, I dont believe anyone else has asked this. I am in the process of installing my old school 5 knob S-AFC.. I have all the wiring diagrams, but the question is, there is only 1 wire for the RPM Signal, but they show 2 pinouts on the ECU.. do I splice into both? OR are they just giving me the option?

our car has 2 rpm signals, yes.

use RPM 2 only which is the IGT signal. IGF is RPM 1, and is the feedback signal from the ignitor.

Thank you everyone for the quick reply, I installed the AFC this evening, all works well :evil2: .. Now I need a friggin wideband 02, narrowband tuning is a waste of time. argh
