AFC Tuning help, tips, recommendations

I'm installing an Apex'i AFC Neo. I have a few questions as this is only my 2nd car doing any real tuning on, and the AFC is much different than the SMT6 I've used before.

First, I've heard that I should set the Lo-Throttle setting at 68% and Hi-Throttle at 69% because the ECU is in closed loop anywhere 67% throttle and under? Is this correct? If not, what may be a better setting?

Secondly, is there any type of Fuel Zeroing Calibration with the AFC besides just simply adjusting fuel at your selected points? The SMT6 had a Fuel-Zero setting to dial-in +/- percentages on injector sizing compared to stock sizing.

Also, what would be a decent starting place as far as setting RPM points on the AFC? I would imagine that several important points to get close to would be where obvious fuel requirements change for the engine so that way that AFC can create a decent and accurate fuel graph.
The set-up I'm running is:
- Block: Stock internals w/ MHG
- Intake: Lex AFM, aftermarket intake
- Fuel: TRE 255lph Pump, RC 660's, Aeromotive AFPR
- Turbo: Stock CT-26 @ 16 psi, 24"x12"x3" FMIC
- Exhaust: BIC DDP, BIC test pipe, Blitz Nur-spec catback

As mentioned above I figured several points to set fuel adjustment RPM's would be things like intitial spool, peak boost, redline, etc. As for my set-up can anyone provide any recommendations on where to begin? If it even matters, seeing as the AFC will make a linear chart.

Even if anyone has any experiences, tips, techniques, tricks, or advice for tuning the AFC I'd be glad to hear it! Thanks in advance!

Yeah, you want the hi/lo throttle points split a ways, as you don't want it to go right from low throttle fuel map directly to hi throttle map.
With a split of some size, the AFC will ramp up, not jump up.

You have to set low throttle at 68 or 69 and high at 69 or 70 because the fuel is closed look up to 67% in our ecus. And unless the neo firmware is higher than I think 1.104.. do an online search for karman and neo or call apex.. they will update it for free if its not.. I just went through all of this

Yep, If its not updated it can possibly pop the motor because it will go lean. I had the same thing happen, luckily it was on a Dyno and we were logging AFR's

So the firmware needs to be 1.104 or higher, I'll take care of that tomorrow and update if needed. But can I have more people chime in on the hi/Lo setting? I'm leaning towards 68% low/69% high because it makes sense. But there are some saying I should have a decent split between the two, I'm not really a "oh well shit, 43.5% low throttle seems right" kind of person, so I'd really appreciate a bit more info to confirm the low/hi at 68/69, just so I know I'm not making any mistakes here.

Again thanks for all the replies!

There are no ball park settings, every single car and every single setup is different. None is a like. Get a Wideband A/F and do logs. slowly start adjusting.. Little bits change a good amount so dont go start taking out 25% fuel because you'll pop a piston.

Another question about building logs, we can only tune in open loop correct? Wouldn't the tccs change any setting that I change in closed loop? If so all of my tuning runs must be WOT, right?
