nope. Could be pulsation from the pump causing a noise. Though, if any noise is being made you should look into it more since nothing in the FPR should be making a noise, the only 'moving' parts are the diaphragm and spring (and its retainer).
And perhaps the odd slushy noise here and there if your low on gas and havn't started it up for awhile as the air works it's way outa the lines, but other than this it shouldn't make any noise, my vote is fuel pulsation from pump also.
