when i start my car the gauge does its normal thing but after about 5 seconds at idle it goes all the way lean, then all the way rich and stays at 10 AFR.... it does not move from 10 AFR no matter what i do, give it gas or let it sit there. is my sensor jacked up??? it's brand freaking new though...

Is the car running rich? Mine was doing the same thing and the car was rich,
turns out the map sensor was bad.

where is the sensor located?

and it sounds like you have other problems then the UEGO... does the car act normal and rev fine?

yeah i drove it today....It seemed like that problem with the wideband stopped because little do i know....you actually have to lock the plug in place when you connect it...sorry rookie error. The car seemed to run great....however i am currently at 38psi of fuel on my regulator and i have the PTE injectors (brand new and flow tested)...and at idle it is still showing 16.9-17.4 AFRs. my buddy is running RCs at 28 psi and he is at 15.4....I don't know if the PTE require more fuel or what but something is not right. Also when i rev it my regulator only pulls about 5 psi of vacuum to about 42-43 psi from 38. I checked routing on my vacuum lines and everything is connected fine. My friends pulls to 41 from 28 instantly......I am getting slightly better AFRs with the 12V fuel pump mod but not much...only about 16.5-16.8. I do have a Lex AFM so i know my tuning capabilities are limited but i expected to run rich not lean.... thanks for your help guys! BTW the sensor is about 20 inches down the downpipe from the turbo...in that crease bw the tranny and the firewall...
