Yes it is good. I've been using it on customers cars for a bit now and its better then the AFC. Only thing that I wish AEM would change is the way it changes timing. It only retards timing not advance it. The AFC will advance timing as you take fuel but with out a way to control it.

You just have to be clever with the system to 'advance' the timing. IIRC it has a load clamp and then you can drive the injectors and timing as you want. Clamp the load @ 0psi/atm/100kpa the timing should be more then enough for any gas/boost settings. But you will have to build your own fuel and timing maps for boost then.

IMO there isn't a really good way to advance the timing with a piggyback, because you'd have to predict the stock computers timing and then fire the Coils before then. That just seems like it would be widely inconsistant and dangerous.

Jose I was wondering if you could please help me with a problem we're having. While driving low throttle around 2500 rpms the engine is running very lean (Over 20:1) and the car is bucking back and forth. Im using 2jz USDM 550s/AFPR/Bosch Pump (Flows more than a walbro), with a 57trim ct26 and ddp on a 1jz. We already added fuel around 2500, whereas we're taking fuel out almost everywhere else (Except up top around 6500). I was wondering if you had to deal with this with any of your customers cars and if you know how to fix it or what's causing this (Is it the 2jz usdm cams?). It's a stock ecu w/ greddy bcc and aem fic. Full throttle is fine (On the dyno), but low throttle its running very lean around 2500 rpms and I was also told it does it a little bit around 3500 rpms too. The car is barely driveable like this and I need some help asap :1zhelp:

whats your fuel pressure? My buddys car did the same thing with the fuel pressure around 35.. Turned it up some and it cleared it up some.
