Advice for first Drag/AutoX?

Reading more about my clutch it isn't rated for 366ftlbs cause it was the full face not the 6 puck. It'spretty close to the floor, like 15-25% up it starts doing something, I'd have to go feel it again though to be sure never gave much though to it. I was thinking if somehow we didn't install it right but I'm not sure how we could possibly install it wrong, been 2 years so I don't remember but we did torque the plate to a specific ftlbs. Flywheel was said to be in good shape. As someone pointed out it could have just gotten worn out after 2 years of dailing driving and delivering pizza with. If an OEM can last over 100k miles easily I'd think it would last a bit longer but I also bough it used.
Think I'll probably just fix the 7m, fix the oiling system, get the 6 puck with the same pressure plate and see how it does or get a good set up if I can find an r154 in a timely fashion.
