GO with a larger engine ;)

Pick up your self a crashed 600 (year 2002 or newer because it is EFI) sport bike and start with that. Then it will go as fast as you every want it to and plenty of power :evil2:

I still value my life as it is!!!! lol the 600 engines are way to big and heavy for the kart. I want to build something very lightweight that will take corners very well. I was looking for a 125 cc 2 stroke engine, any one with any suggestions? I found some old 2 stroke dirt bike engines that might do very well.

I am trying to build a shifter kart, I need some advice regarding the set up. If anybody is an expert in this field that would be awesome!
