I never became addicted to cigarettes, I haven't had one in a few days. I ran out and just haven't cared to get another pack yet. :dunno:

dont know mabey i just have a strong will but I started it on basic did it for 3-4 weeks and dropped it without a prob mind you it was like a pack a week for me so :dunno:
Stop smoking. My grandfather has smoked for 35+ years, and he still smokes about 2 packs + a day. He was diagnosed with emphysema, and a low red blood cell count about a year ago. There is no chance of him quitting either.
I tried a cigarette once... that was enough. They taste so gross, lol, couldn't have kept going I don't think.
I never smoked (cigarettes), but I will admit that I have a problem with Coke/Pepsi. If I don't have one in the morning I feel all tired and sometimes I even get a little headache. It's hard to kick the habbit of ordering a Coke when I go out to eat, I find myself ordering one even when I don't really want it.

Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents....
For those that have quit, isn' the feeling of accomplishment amazing once you've quit? There's the financial aspect and then just the sense of control you get from it. Some of you fools just seem so helpless sometimes without your cigs. Its funny. HAHA. stupid cigarettes.
Also, would you rather have 750 a year for the supra, go out for top notch steak twice a month, or suck down those cigs? The only benefit you get is that it fills the void you think you have if you dont have them. Just think about it for awhile..... you'll have an "ah haa" moment eventually.

Smoking ( except weed) is FTL!!! Plus it's expensive. My Grandpa smoked for like 30 years. He ended up getting esophogus cancer & emphysema. They had to remove his whole esophogus and stretch his stomach up where his esophogus used to be... Yeah like I said.. Not cool!! Good luck to all those trying to quit.
I use to smoke the black Cloves that shit smelled and tasted sooooo good but a pack lasted me two weeks, then I started going to the gym and holy shit I noticed how out of shape I was so I quit.

I found some smokes here in Japan that smell like weed. Only they dont have any nicotine, tobacco or marijuana in it! Seriously... Its some crazy shit..

But, there's a big :bigthumb: to anyone who has quit. I hate the smell of them, and they do make you disgusting... I almost can't deal with certain customers because they just smell like they bathe in cigarette smoke, not to mention the gross stale cigarette breath that's enough to actually make me leave the counter...
