I would be more concerned about WHY it is cracking every 6 months. Who cares about that hose, the motor is what matters!!

20 years, 124,000 miles, and I'm still running my STOCK accordian hose.

Your turbo is getting WAY too hot. I see you WTB a wideband, any chance you are running lean?

Doubtfull, but I want one to tune my car to it's best... I am running a lex afm and 550's with no tune... I'm pretty sure I'm running rich.

They keep splitting in the same spot. My lil brothers car did the same thing and I'm just going to make him a pipe also but I'm sure his hose was old and just aged...

I have the heat shield things on the turbo also...

So, I bought a 12" straight peice of 3" pipe from a local auto parts store.
Basically, If I try to run this straight from my turbo, It'll hit the PS resivour?
What If I put a 45 degree coupler on the end of the pipe to the intake plate? Or would it be better off making a 45 off the turbo? I have an extra 3" 45 sitting around...

I'll have to mess with it. I have no way to bend the pipe and the only benders I know of locally are crush bends which I DO NOT WANT lol
