the M20 2.5 inline six is a single OHC belt driven interference motor. WEIRD!

^wierd.. i thought they were chain as well. I know the 318 was a chain.

allright, thanks for all the help guys. if i bought an e30 it would be one with a good engine...until now i didnt know much about how catastrophic/costly a snapped belt would be on an interference engine.
