Ok how much torque can the R-154 handle.
Really depends on a few variables ie: General condition of the trans, but I'd say one properly assembled will be far in excess of any power you ever make
(Not being an asshole but 500rwhp isn't "cheap/easy" to get consistantly from a 7M so you should be safe)

The PCS Controller sends a shift signal to the MoTeC, the MoTeC say's hey we're shifting and cuts ignition to random cylinders and saves the Trans.
Think of it from the Trans PoV, you load the turbo make xxx power then it shifts, this allows the turbo to keep spooling and making power but the Trans is slipping the clutches as it applies the next gear, doesn't take too long doing this to kill the clutches not to mention any shock loads.
Most of the Domestic guys here turn off shift cut in the commodores so they can chip the tires on shifts then can't understand why they keep flushing auto's
