The stock spec discs are pretty strong, I let my ex learn how to burn out on them doing 6K+ RPM drops for almost a month and they held up. I drove around on them afterwards with no problems until the engine went. (dont worry Im not giving you the parts she practiced on!)
Well im not to "proficient" driving a manual/ VERY rusty. So as long as it will handle a few good stalls im happy.
