Adam---why do you have to hate on honda's???!?! why-jsut because there a little bit slower than our supra's doesn't mean you should HATE them. And not ''put your self through ownign one''. Theres nothing wrong with them. They are reliable, and can be made desently fast.

^ my bro just got rid of one of those... Fun cars because like he said, bounce it off the red a few times and then shift... he did that for about a year before it screwed up, nothing serious but he started driving it like a normal person. I owned a Honda for about a month, 97 Civic ex, thing was slow as balls but got like 38mpg w/ the ac on. I don't see why people bitch about owning a Honda as a DD or even their "nice" car. They aren't bad and if something screws up it wont take AutoZone 3-5 to get the damn parts. Just keep the wings and such off and make sure you have hubcaps or some rims and it's all good. Oh, I sold mine because it was an Auto. Autos suck.

Ya mine was 5spd with factory alloys, and like I said, got excellent gas mileage, excellent driving experience. Not as good as the supra for sure, but it's a different design. And like mkiiSupraMan18 said I got mine up in the revs all the itme drifting and what not. It was a joy. but I sold it to build my engine.

well to cover whats wrong with it, the wiring is all kinds o' wrong and messed up, all the vacume hoses are messed up, its givin me code 11, it wont start(wires i think)interior is all fucked up (not a problem for me but my mom is kinda crazy about shit like that) um, every thing is just done all halfassedly, needs suspension work, i need to replace one of the lug nut studs, the ciggarette lighter dosent work, speedo is broken, um, thats all i can think of.
it will randomly die when i put it in netural or come to a stop, random rough /low idle.windows dont roll down. i know lots of that shit is minor and i dont care about the small stuff.

if any denver area supra owners wanna help me out it would be much appricated, i dont have all that much knowlage about cars and im tryin my best to learn, but i dont have much time to since i go to school full time and work 5 days a week.

ive been kinda thinkin about a mx3(v6 of course) kinda i donno. mabye a celica all track turbo, or some thing like that.

pardon my horrible spelling, i just got off work.

more money for what? insurance or parts? my car is dirt cheap for insurance- just about full coverage for $138/mo...and that's with a bunch of tickets for two drivers AND a street racing ticket on me.

parts get cheaper every year for mkIIs. I know that for a fact. a couple of years ago alternators were $120 now they're like $106.

Yeah but once you start upgrading stuff the $$$ blow out more often then a pod of dolphins!

I have a friend thats spent near $50k aud on his now jza61 and its still sitting in his garage!

and MA45/6/7 parts are basicly non existant.. gota fab just about everything or find something similer!

^ A good reason not to start upgrading until you get everything squared away. :icon_bigg It took me reading that a few times to figure out what aud was... I gotcha now.

If you could find an All-trac I'd say definetly go for it. It's a pretty rare car now though, theyre are dozens of celica's I see one every mile, but a handful of good condition All-trac's

Get a honda. I know there kinda slow, but they arent that much slower than an NA Supra if you get an Si version. I dont see why everyone hates on them every car has a percentage of owners who rice them out. 1 million Civics= 100k Riced Civics. 10,000 Supras= 1,000 Riced Supras (Dont pretend they arent out there!) Just because you see more riced out Civics doesnt mean they dont have potential. Plus they are reliable and run forever. Unlike the Supras.

good price, only problem is now you have to drive it. but dont worry, it only has about 50k left in it. honda accord > oldsmobile alero any day

an all-trac? right. maybe a toyota 2000gt while you're at it. if u can afford a good condition all trac, u can afford a mint condition mk3

and if you can't afford to maintain a mk3, you have no shot in hell of maintaining an all trac anything, corolla, celica, tercel, camry, ANYTHING..they are expensive cars.

if i were to get a honda i would get a CRX or prelude. probabally a CRX Si. I hear they handel like a go cart which i could have all kinds of fun with on my local windy back roads.
