ok, here are the details...

87 toyota supra 7mgte

mods:
60-1 ct26
walbro 255
pte 550cc injectors
ic hard pipes
front mount
hks bov
halman mbc
maft
gm 3'' maf
innovate wideband
hks 1.2 metal headgasket
arp head studs

anyways, I was driving down the highway last week and when I would be at WOT my car would hesitate for a second and then it would be o.k...kind of like it was overloading with fuel or something...my wideband didnt show any sign of a real rich mixture though...

yesterday, I installed my new pte 550cc injectors...the install went GrEat!

After I got everything put back together, I started my car to find a horrible miss. It was missing like it did last week except it was doing it all the time now. at idle, 2k, 3k, 4k....it will miss everywhere now...its like a really bad misfire.

I pulled every wire while the car was running and when i pulled cylinder 5 wire, it didnt make a difference. I put the wire back on and pulled the # 5 injector clip off and still, no difference in the way it ran. clearly i have no action from cyl. 5.

Then, I changed number 5 and 6 injector (to see if it was an injector problem). I found that its NOT an injector. I

I just replaced all of the plugs in the car.

a compression test results were great tonight...so its not an internal problem...

Does this sound like a spark plug wire?

any help is greatly appreciated!!

just a shot in the dark, spark plug wire/ plug could be, but why wouldnt it have done it before?? My only guess is there is just no signal getting to the #5 injector to fire???
