i think i know where its coming from but how do i stop it?

its not antifreeze nor is it a brown fluid its actually water i think its coming from the underside of my door

could it be getting in from that plastic runner piece (or whatever the actual name of that thing is called)

i washed my car yesterday and it is a littel moist there again and if i drive in the rain

if needed maybe i could get a picture

Is your car a sunroof or targa? Is there any rust holes in the floor? Have you removed the rear interior to see if there is any rust holes in your rear wheel wells?

its the front where you feet would be

and i have a targa top, new seals all around i haven't had any leaks from that
i don't suspect that and there isn't a rust hole in any of the wheel wells

could it be getting in from that plastic runner piece? the screw closest to the front doesn't seem to be holding that half down the other 3 are maybe thats it?
(let me know if you don't know what i mean)

Are you 100% sure it's not antifreeze?

The only thing I can tell you is to remove the front seats and lay on the floor in the car in a really bad rain and try to see drips

Have a look at the underside of your car in the passenger area for holes. A rock hopping up and dinging your floorpan might have turned into a hole over time.

Your floor is suppose to have a black rubbery liner under the carpet to help insulate the car and keep water out. Mine was completely missing, plus several floor plugs were removed on the PS. I had wet carpet in front and back. There are no plugs under the seats, you can check this without removing the seat. You will have to take the trim off under the dash on PS plus the long gray "kick-panel" that holds the carpet down. Shine a flashlight under the carpet. If you are missing the black liner, leave the flashlight on and look under the car for the light. Believe it or not, I didn't have a rust issue because of it. I think they had been removed recently. But I had to replace the carpet in my car because it was ruined.

Another idea - the windshield washer fluid line for the hatchback runs under that kick-panel on the PS. Check the tubing.
