Looking through some of my Mopar parts to get it up and going. I decided to snap some pics of the two pistons and share with you guys.
how can you possibly see the stroke, there's no cranks in the picAdjuster said:Yep, look at the stroke too, the Mopar piston and rod combo have at least, if not longer stroke than the 7MGTE setup. (And they don't come apart at high rpm right?)
Because the engine displacement was given in the first pic, along with bore. You do not need a crank picture, just 5th grade math.zombie said:how can you possibly see the stroke, there's no cranks in the pic
bigaaron said:Exactly, the stroke in proportion to the bore is far longer on the 7m.
no it wasn't, bore yes, displacement or stroke, noNick M said:Because the engine displacement was given in the first pic
I wasn't asking for information to be spoon fed to me, I was asking Adjuster how they could see the stroke when all you could see was the piston and the roddirgle said:Google is your friend.
Mopar 383 with a 4.25" bore has a 3.38" stroke
The info was there and it only took 3 sec to find. Not all info needs to be spoon fed for you to use it.
