Sure Tokiko claimed 415lb/in front and 199lb/in in the rear, but the set I measured was different. I measured 428 & 396 for the fronts and 190 and 219 for the rears. Sure, they average out... I'm surprised/annoyed at the spread. The stiffer one went on the driver's side.
The 2 TRD fronts I measured came in at 450 and 436lb/in. I didn't have any rears to check at the time.
I'd love to have someone measure some stock springs. I can't believe the numbers presented here. I'd guess they're more like 375/180 F/R.
The method I used was a tape measure, a hydraulic press, and a corner weight scale. Compress the spring 1" below free, zero the scale, then compress 1". It has given good results for springs like Hyperco, that I trust come with accurate rate specs.
Quality springs should never sag. If yours sag, send them back for replacements, because they're defective.
