If your going to go through the trouble of a metal headgasket then I would do upgraded rods and pistons while the motor is out for the block to be milled

ya thats my plan is to find out good internals to purchase so i can have a reliable daily 500 hp supra so im trying to do everything right the first time

Well some eagles and JE pistons are available for around 1000 for the set, and the ebay AFPR is not a good idea, cheap and go fast don't mix. I have learned the hard way. As far as the intercooler CX racing is pretty good I used the kit they have, the only part that takes a little fabbing is the intercooler itself. All the piping fit perfectly on mine.

What would you recommend me get the fpr at?

also do you know of any good main bearings and lube for the assembling process?

Drift motion is reasonable for a lot of things, the FPR comes with lines and all. Bearings, well I hear that the clevite's are the best or ACL. The lube look in JEGS or SUMMIT for assembly lube. And from what I hear the wally 255 @ 500WHP is a little risky for an extra 100 for the pump and finding the write up on how to moch it up, well thats fine by me, I am also considering the bosch 044 from drift motion. 500 now then 525 then 550 ect ect lol.
