Guys,

I very disappointing, yesterday I went to test my car in a 1/8 track, and my best time was 10.20seg:3d_frown: , WHY!, because at WOT and after 4k RPMS with no more than 11 psi of boost, my A/F ratios drop below 10. so the car begin to fail WHY! , this problem happend with 16 psi, or 11 psi, even 8psis, I think this happend when that car is at WOT and over 3800K RPS.

What can I do, I will check the error codes tomorrow, but really I’m desperate, I reduce the fuel %7 in with the apexi, with out luck.

With my old set up I don’t have this problem.

Old setup:
CT26 stock (set at 14psi)
Venom 550c injectors
Lex AFM
Pressure regulator set a 28 with vacuum
Normal Intake Manifold

New set up:
PS .70 A/R
RC 550c injectors
Pressure regulator set a 28 with vacuum
New FFIM

What can I do?:1zhelp: :1zhelp: :1zhelp:

More lean???

I'm talking about how his old tune most likely was sense he's talking about his rich mixture now since he has better injectors and a better turbo.

supras run like that from the factory. usually its right at 4.5k rpm +
sounds like you just need to do some tuning is all.

have you checked that your o2 sensor is working or connected right?

10 a/f isnt to uncommon, untuned w/ my wb i was reading ~9, thats right around flame thrower status.

I don’t check the o2 sensor, because suppose that after 70% of open throttle the ECU is in Open loop mode :aigo: , but I will check and test it.

Also I have a AEM wide ban, and the less reding the show in the display is 10, so I don't know if is 9 or 8.

I don't think its correct to think that these cars are "supposed to" run sub 10:1 in stock form. Something is probably wrong if that is the case for you guys, and its only normal because most of your cars are broken in some major way.

The 02 sensor probably has nothing to do with it running that rich, unless its somehow stuck telling the ECU that the car is running leaner then 14.7:1. (if thats even possible)

I think its interesting you posted before trying ANYTHING useful by yourself.

Could be possible that an air leak under boost make the rich condition?
May be the Electronic boost controller (solenoid) or blow off, I'll will check this weekend.

I really appreciate if some can give me some ideas in order to find this problem more faster.

Of course, that would be the easiest thing to check for 1st.

Its not the solenoid.

The BOV could only be the problem if it is leaking.
