OK now... I went to test it and it must be another problem I have to deal with first. As previously mentioned nothing would work (fan or compressor), I found the relay to be bad so I replaced it and the fans worked perfectly at every speed with the car not started in the on position. When I started the car, the clutch engaged and it still blew air fine. However that only lasted like 30 seconds and then would shoot out a boost of air like every like 15 seconds...... Interestingly after shutting the car off for a while I went back to the car and the fans were working perfectly in the on position again (not started).. I figured it was low on freon and tried shooting some in and nothing changed...even with manually engaging the clutch..... NOW the fans arent even coming on or the clutch engaging with the car in the on position or started. It just sputters everyonce in a while.. Since there is no power going through the system except for the spurts the amplifier isnt even getting power
Be a good idea to vacc out the system and recharge it correctly at this point so you have a known baseline.
can someone tell me where the ac fuse is at. my ac would work and blows cold but once in a while the air would get hot. my compressor disengage even with the ac button is on. i would have to completely turn off my controller unit and turn back on after a minunte. then it would blow cold again. is this a fuse problem or relay.
^ The A/C fuse is on the passingerside kick panel but it does not sound like a fuse problem you have.
