that is true im thinking about a 306 build for my girl friends 95 5.0. My other 67 is a 1984 351w 8.5 to 1 compression with a erson cam and edlebrock intake and 650 holly and its put to a c-6 auto and its very slow to rev. alot of that i think is that heavy c-6

its a 95 vert auto. so im kinda worried about the lack of low end power out of the 306

A 306 that is built right will have good low end power...A good compromise will be a 331. You think about that?
