oh you did???

that shows how inactive things have been with my supra for a while!

hey on a side note, is there any harm in me jump starting my supra with its aftermarket management? I have heard it can fry ecus so I have been a bit scared to do it.

Battery recharger would be better.

That car is hot. Love the rims, been looking for something in that color for awhile but the blue gunmetal is tricky to find.

thanks a lot mate. I believe it was resprayed just shortly before I picked it up in a custom blue.

best of luck finding something similar.

Wow, definitely a "function over form" engine bay.

Previous owner was obsessed with cable ties???

Oh, and happy dance for finally posting pics:

I have done a bit of research into that and I cant find any info to support it. The previous owned told me it had been done but I have the build papers for the engine and I cant really see where it was included.

You can drop by any time mate and have a look.

yeah the previous owner was from syd and said that there was a major issue with cops defecting cars in his area. When he built it he tried to keep a very functional standard look to the engine bay.

I am gradually tidying it up, however at the moment the main focus is getting it to a good running state.

Then comes the bling :D

Has the cooling system been touched at all?

um, apart from some heat sheilding and I think a performance thermostat, no.

this however is speculation as I really dont know what they run standard.

It has 3 fans on the standard radiator... is this standard?

The previous owner has also put a set of washers on either side of the bonnet so it vents air out the front (also has vents on the bonnet to let cold air in).

I know that 7ms are notorious for running fairly hot so I think a new radiator and thermos is on the "to buy" list.

what are your thoughts on the cooling?
