Oh man I bet your engine is dead. That's what happened when my turbo stopped working, it was because my engine was dead and I had to replace it. After that you need to replace the chassis as well because each engine has to feel comfortable in the chassis. After finding a chassis that your new engine feels comfortable in you should be golden. Might want to get some new tires as well because they also have to feel at home. And don't forget to check your steering rack too because its powered by turbo pressure.

Your muffler bearings are spinning in a metric rotation. When the kanuter valve closes against the power band it pushes tons of cross weight back into the blinker fluid reservoir. All of this requires left handed metric crescent wrenches and quite a few unobtainiam cross threaded bolts. Good luck.

I can't believe nobody has suggested this yet but have you checked to see if the turbo on and off switch is in the on position in your hatch. Its under the spare tire.

I was gonna suggest the same thing man! I just figured he would already have checked that off the list
also make sure your radio is turned on
also the exhaust should be vented to your ac so it blows into your car and yes having the windows down does not count as having it vented to the inside becuase then it just escapes and causes turbo lag! the pressure needs to be able to build up inside for the wastegate actuator to open up.
also make sure the fuel lines are hooked to the turbo correctly. mine weren't at one point ad I had the same problem
the supra came stock with a gas powered turbo
