alright so when i punch it the car seems fine till 4,000 rpms then it seems as if it has a governor on it, i dont know for sure yet but if i casually drive it, it will shift to all gears.

i dont know really how to describe but hopefully i can find some kind of answer i have no idea about these engines im more of a nissan guy but yea

Do you know how to check the engine codes? If you get an AFM code, i think i know what you're on about.

I thought that if the ACIS broke you lost low end torque but retained top end. I had mine disconnected for a while and it ran fine above 3500 but was gutless on the bottom.

Sounds to me more like an AFM issue. Check your codes.

Make sure all the vacuum lines go to where they are supposed to go. If one is broken, make sure you at least block the two holes up. And check the codes! All you need is a piece of wire and 5 minutes.
