I'm calling Jeff Watson tomorrow, for these 5 plugs, and some FIPGfor my rear main seal bracket, and I'm pretty sure I'll find plenty more to use it on in the future. Anybody want to back up Junkie's post. The should be makes me want to double check. Junkie, I do appreciate the help tho.

Also, if I refer to these plugs as B1, m1 and such, will they know what I mean?

Well I did call Jeff Watson the other day. The only way he could help is if I let him source me a harness from Japan. His price was only $507 for that, but not the route I am going yet. After that failure, I PM'd DrTweak. After sending him the pictures below, he confirmed that he can get me the housings, and they are now on their way as of today.

You have left out C1, under the hood, near the ignitor ... 6 pin plug. Colors should be correct, plug changes shape.

I am going to wait until i get the motor in to worry about this one. Is it on the igniter itself, or is it just near it? I am going to be using my 89 igniter.

Can I get a picture of the pin out on the C1 plug for the 92? I have mine removed, and just noticed that I have no map of where to put them in the new housing.

I have also run into a couple of other problems while doing these. The big terminals in the 89 B1 housing are too big to fit into the 92 housing. And a couple of my wiring colors are not quite what I am looking for. For example, I should have a Red wire with a blue stripe, but I have what looks like 2 Red/Black stripes. On of those, the black stripe is lighter than the other, so I assume it may be the blue. I'll try to get some pictures of this sometime today. Also, the terminals in the white housing above are a small square, rather than the flat blade type you can see in the rest. I'm having trouble getting those into the new housings. Even if they do go in, I'm afraid they may not match the body harness. I have a body harness from another car, so I might be able to find some replacement pieces around here. I just didn't want to do much cutting.

C1 is Complete! Thanks Eathan

No problem. How is your b1 m1 b2 b3 plugs coming? Does your '92 have TEMS, and ABS? Because that is all that should be on the b3 plug.

Also is the '92 a AUTO from the factory or no?

I have spare plugs I found so it will be even easier for me to help you now. ;)

The 92 is a factory 5-speed. I currently can't even find my b3, so its good to hear that its only TEMS and ABS. My biggest problems are on B2. I just got laid off this morning, so I have plenty of time on my hands now. I'm going to search the wires that were sent with these housing, and several other harnesses I have around here for the proper wiring colors and terminals. I did just IM you Eathan but no response.

OK, I believe I have B1, except for the big wires in the middle. I have looked at my housing in the car, and what I have is no plug at the top, Black/white in the middle, and Black Orange at the bottom. My harness does not have a Black White. It has Black/big blue stripe, Black/little blue stripe, and Black/Orange. But the connectors don't fit in the new plug.

What I am going to do is use the terminals that came in the new housing, but the colors won't match. Can anyone coach me on the best way to cut and resplice the new terminals? Do I want to buy new terminals and crimp pliers, and cut the bigger terminals off right as the wire comes out? Or, can I cut it further back and attach the used good terminals. I need to know the best way for this. I'd use butt connectors if it were left to me. I don't know a lot about wiring, but I'm learning a little as I go with this. Back out I go to play some more.

I did somewhat get it figured out, and drove my car a little bit (300Miles). I still have a couple of issues, that I don't know for sure if they are related to this or not. My check engine light will not work, my idle would not get right, and I always had power to my AFC-NEO.

I have since taken off off all of my performance parts, and am in the middle of putting it all back stock, so the NEO power thing should be no longer a problem, since I no longer have it. I have replaced my TPS, and had it set professionally, but I am just about finished replacing gaskets and injectors wiring and stock injectors, so a good idle is still in the future. And, I'm not sure if the check engine light problem is due to the wiring harness, or a possible wiring problem with the NEO, or other wiring modifications in the cars past.

As for the B1 plug........If I remember correctly.......You will be adding other wires from other plugs to the 12 you already have. Also, one of the other plugs should have wires for an air bag. The 89 harness does not have an air bag, so you won't be able to have a working air bag, because you don't have those wires in the 89 harness.

Correct. I put a 91/92 harness into my 89 chassis/engine and among the extra wires were those for the airbag and oil level sender.
Possibly, there are some wires for the headlight motors too. ?
And I also recall putting some wires from one plug to another. I did a write-up in an excel document for comparison where each 92 wire goes on an 89 engine/ecu some years back: http://www.shoarmateam.nl/upload/supra-wiring-loom-convert.zip
