88 turbo

hope some one can help me. ive got an 88 turbo car with new engine and greddy turbo 20G upgrade. had a local speed shop install a SAFC and tune and dino the car and got it back with a dip in the dino graph from fuel cut. the car was throughing a code 21 (turbo pressure abnormal) so they recommended a fuel cut defenser and ordered me an HKS FCD. i installed it and it seem to work fine so i took in back to them to have it retuned and i got it back and the car would trip a code 21 with almost no boost. they told me that the had to rewire the FCD because it was leaning out the mixture to the point where they could not fix it with the SAFC. i spoke to HKS and they told me that their FCD does not work with the SAFC. Apexi told me that they have no recommendation. what do i do? or what have we been doing wrong?

You should get rid of the Feul cut defenser first of all, sell it on ebay. Fuel cut is your friend...if it wasnt there your motor will blow. IMO FCD are scary and dumb.
Do the lexus afm/ 550 inj combo (if you dont know this combo search)

Or get a maft pro as it gets rid of the AFM.

Just an FYI, code 21 is related to the o2 sensor. 34 is turbo pressure is abnormal.

I took your advice and did a search for "Fuel Cut" and all I got was "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." Do you know something I don't?

Or get a maft pro as it gets rid of the AFM.

I checked into Maft Pro and that looks like an interesting piece of gear that could well solve the fuel cut problem. We were unable to locate a local dealer/shop that had experience installing and tweeking it. Is it difficult to make work?

Well if a local shop knows how to read instruction and know how to use a soldering tool, and know his colors he should be able to install for you easily.
Search for maft-pro and read up on it from what I read it seems pretty simple.

He Sells'em on SM and he also had a GB on'em as well, but im not sure if the it is closed or not.
