87 supra MKIII dome lite cover

how do you get this cover off to change the lite bulbs?

I know its scary but its just a pull off cover iirc.

others have said push forward first? then pulldown from the front?
either way mine is not coming down or moving forward
are there clips under or ?

And it's been a good 7 years since I've removed the dome light cover... but IIRC, It was a gently pushing around forward or backward and pulling down.
