They weren't round; hand grinder. And the thickness was .023-.024

He needed a .025 step. So we made a .075 thick part with a .050 counter bore.

Lapped them in with a stone, hit .025 +/- .0002

Its a 1/2, or at least thats what I measured when I put my dick next to it -_-

oh and BTW, making that plate would have taking 10min on my mill. Im thinking, I should make extras just in case you somehow destroy it =D

Probably would be way cheaper to buy a plate then would be to attempt to make one. Material alone is ~$100, then add specialty drill bits for correct dowel pin sizing, as well as all screw hardware, taps. Then you have to find a way to find center line of the crank and input shaft. Off by a couple thousands and there goes your $100 material

More parts.
New spherical rear bearings, to get rid of my horrible squeak from making poly ones for them awhile back.

Odyssey battery came in, waiting for the rest of the stuff to follow.

We've had so many of those Odyssey's fail. Some are bad straight out the package. We've been using Braille's with no issues since.

When I built road race cars in Utah this is all we used. I've already started multiple cars with it. Word of advice, don't blame the battery till you confirm your electrical system is good. Plus nothing like a 3 year free replacement if your smart and send the warranty card.

On the other hand
And a late package
