Nope. Emission won't effect a car from starting. I would check timing, compression, leak down test... then go from there. I would expect the coolant temp sensor to the ecu or main rely. Usually these are the symptoms. anyone else please fill in.

Hate to tell you this, but with those codes it can't possibly "run great".

What else have you removed from the engine besides the EGR?

coge 24 is intake air temp sensot i dont think i have one
code 51 is ac i dont have one
code 52 is knock sensor signal

Code 24....I think you do have one. Its integrated with you Air Flow Meter, so youll have to replace the AFM, unless you have some wirirng issues.

Code 52.... It will bog down your car.

So there is room for improvement, and it can run greater. :nono:

Ummm...code 51 is the TPS. No IDL signal to the ECU.

Code 52 is the knock senors or the circuit. With it present the ECU pulls a significant amount of timing. This alone will cause the car to run like crap.

Code 24 will cause the ECU to substitute a standard 20 deg C in the injector volume calculations.

If you installed a TPS and getting a code 51, you didn't adjust the TPS correctly. the only time the AC will cause a code 51 is when the AC button is depressed (and you don't have to have the AC installed).
I'm betting you didn't adjust the TPS right ;)

Check your CPS wiring, especially at the connector...it's common to have frayed wires or a bad connector that will cause a no start.

Sounds like a case of vapor lock.

Fix your other codes.

If i'm not mistaken, one of the VSV's on the intake side acts as a relief valve for vapors in your fuel rail. The vapors build up when the engine gets hot normally on a warm day. W/o or with it not working properly, it may cause initial starting problems.

i think it cud be my timing i replaced the timing belt and folow the instruction and set the crenk shaft puly to O. playd with the cps and the mark on crank shaft pully is now at mark 2 when i line it up. and it wont start now at oll.
