should i go with a one piece since i have to have a custom one anyway or would leaving the 2 peice be better? 2jz and 154 into 87 Or would it be better to just updgrade the rearend to say 90 or so? Im a muscle car guy totally new to the toyota scene but i was drawn to the dark side and here i sit.

i talked to lost and i really couldnt answer the question before.... if it was better (performance wise) to just do a replace the center bearing or go with a one piece driveshaft

From what i have read going with a single drive shaft will help in the upper gears more than anything when the shaft and bearings are spinning rapidly. IMO, go ahead and get the single piece, its lighter and reduces friction.
