i think it's more of a pain to change the plugs on a jz engine than the 7M. i had no problem working on it. at least the waterpump isn't all gay where you have to take off the timing belt to change it.
both engines are pretty easy to work on, but where the 7m wins is the 15 minute turbo removal. hands down. end of story. game over. jump off the joystick.
pff, c'mon guys... the 7m-gte's plugs aint that bad to change. I change mine every oil change. When I had my 7m-ge on the other hand.... that sucked. A lot more had to come off in order to get to the two middle ones!
