hmmm i kinda had the same problem when i replaced the plugs, that it didn't want to start, so i turned my crank and cps to TDC and then started the car, it started fine afterwards.

Is everything plugged in ? not just the plugs, but as in other plugs, that connect to the sensors and such, check all your plugs, and also are throwing any codes ?? is your afm connected ??

What order did you use to install the plug wires?
some people get the plug wire order and the firing order confused.

from left to right 1-6-3-4-2-5 is the order they plug into the coil pack, 1-5-3-6-2-4 is the physical firing order of the engine.

Sounds like a timing problem, double check your CPS to make sure it is all lined up (which means your harmonic balancer need to be at 0 degrees and your cam pulleys need to be notches up.), then try again. Sometimes if the CPS is even a tooth off your car will not fire.
Good Luck!

it was a timing problem.
swaped in the new plugs and started fooling with the cps to get it to start and then tuned it to a decent idle. ill have to get it lined up better at a later date. but for now runs good.

^^^ That's not a timing problem, it's a CPS wiring problem...common on old, brittle wiring/connectors.

Suggest you pull codes and set the timing according to the TSRM (assuming there are no engine codes).
