Well Kids, finally got it boost like a champ!!! It was a California car with TWO not ONE Cats. I eliminated the lower one and no boost....... Finally Got a 3" Stainless down pipe to the 3" back I installed weeks before. That eliminated the upper cat. As soon as I got the pipe on and started it up the sound was completely different. Took it out on the street and got 8lb boost and a big smile. Geeze what a difference. Put a GReddy boost controller on and am now pushing it up to 18lb and smoking...... I MEAN TRULY SMOKIN the tires like I'm on Ice!! Thanks for all the good advice!
