That does sound like RK. As mentioned earlier check crank pulley bolt & belt tensioner pulley for any excessive play. Then while idling remove one spark plug wire at a time from the coil pack and see if the noise goes away.

Is that a 5-speed? Might have backed a few bolts out of the flywheel. Can't really tell from the video.
