So i turned on the car the other day. Today it turned on so i decided to time it. I did the proper timing, jumped te and e i believe dont remember but i know it was right lol so i timed it got it to 10' then i went back to check again with the pin off and it was waaaay off so i was like wtf? i turned it of to see if the computer would reset it so when i cranked it again it wouldnt turn on!! and it still has turned on again.

ive timed it a million times with the notch aligned to the whole on the cps and the crank to 0, why isnt it turning on? I'm realy bummed i was supose to bring it home tonight

That is why you jump te1 and e1. It puts the computer in diag mode and allows fixed timing to be adjusted. Once remove the computer will control the timing.

When you say it won't turn back on do you mean crank or run?

It wont run. So what your saying is the timing was right after i removed the jumper on te1 and e1 even though it was way off when i checked with the timing gun? I left the battery unplugged tonight to reset the computer to give it another try tomorrow. SHould it turn on after i retime it again?

I'm not sure. If you did nothing and it was running then it should run again unless something failed.

Need more information.

Im getting spark and injectors connectors are getting power. What i want to know is that when you time the car with te1 and e1 jumped will you get a different reading when they are not jumped? Because thats what got me to worry.
And i noticed i timed the car without the 02 sensor connected, would that cause timing to change after connecting it back on?

Yes it is supposed to change after you remove it. Jump te1 and e1. Adjust the cps till it's at 10* and tighten the bolt and leave it alone.

O2 won't have an effect.

So i ran into another dam problem! I got the car to start again this morning, timed up everything again, sprayed some starter fluid and bam she turned on (not so easy tho) Once it was on i timed it with the gun and left it running to warm up. Then i turned it off (DIDNT TOUCH A SINGLE THING AFTER) and when i come back to start it, it would only crank again! wtf is the problem!!

I get spark, when i put the probe on an injector wire it gets power and pulses when i crank it! So it must be getting fuel! But it wont turn back on eeeeeeeven after it was perfectly time!

Ive been running this over in my head... what exactly do you mean... "Sprayed some starter fluid"...

What fluid and where are you spraying it?

Mind throwing up some pictures of your engine bay? Generally speaking, if it runs (idles) to warm up without misfiring, etc.. and the timing is set, what you are saying shouldn't happen unless your doing something very odd. Judging from the past posts, I am guessing that you are doing something odd, but a glimpse of your engine bay may help.

just because you have injector pulse does not mean your fuel pump is running.do you have any means of checking fuel pressure?also check spark when its not starting.

No i HAD the car running but now it wont start up but will crank. My fuel pump is working because i get pressure on my gauge when i jump fp and b it shoots up to 40 psi but when it was running it was stable at around 25psi so there is fuel going to the rail. And there is spark in to the plugs because i have the spark test light on it and its nice and bright when it cranks. My cams are lined up to the notches on the back plate and crank is at 0.
For the cps ive tried moving it a tooth back so when it goes in it aligns properly. I feel like everything is done right but it just wont start up again.

starter fluid, starting fluid same difference lol You spray that through the throttle
