I ripped apart the motor t start the process.
So as i tore the head off, i saw that cylinders 1 and 4 had rust indicating that they weren't firing during the whole rebuild.
I took the plugs out and both of the plugs were bad, the porcelin was cracked badly on both. Which could have resulted in the lower
oil pressure and lubrication not getting to the cams causing them to sieze and rain hell upon earth.
There was also a decent amount of metal shavings in the oil pan sludge.
