My 1991 toyota supra is not firing i just rebuilt the motor ever thing is hocked up there was a viper alram system on it but some one riped it out I don't know what to do some please help me out

Has it ever started since it was rebuilt or is this the 1st start that is unsuccessful?
What troubleshooting have you already done?
Can you tell if it is fuel or spark related that it won't fire?
Was it running before you rebuilt the motor?

Check for engine codes. If no codes, then you need to verify you're getting fuel, air and spark.
