Anyone sell a complete longblock with forged pistons, mhg, arps , whatever oil mods needed , ready to bolt on my accessories and drop in ?? one that will not develope knock . assumming I have a new oil cooler and lines, 550's lex maf, full 3',fpr, sfac and a proper dyno tune done by someone with lots of mkIII excerience??
only talking 400-425 hp
price ? warranty ?

Just dont want to spend months sending shit to the machine shop, finding parts, then install to find they did not do a quality job. There are so may people who bought a jdm or bought a reman or had a local rebuild done that took a shit within a few thousand miles. I would rather spend the extra to make it a 1 time thing and drive the car for another 100,000 If I could buy a 100% new toyota longblock swap out the headgasket and bolts and go I would however that does not exist at least not that I can find......:icon_conf

You can buy my 7m for 2 grand its in my build thread its built.

0.40 over sized pistons haven't ran the car yet so 0 miles.

has an n/a intake cam for the higher lift ARP all the way around everything been changed ill include hoses and belts and gaskets. Plus a t4 manifold and intake manifold.

Cant really warranty it because a bad tune would kill even a bullet proof motor.

I think Rabidchimp does this...

they sell jdm longblocks that are 'looked' over - nothing is replaced unless it is in dire need.

a search here would show that.

not a good recommendation.

This is not quite correct either.

from mkiiitech:
NA/Turbo Cam differences-

Only the NA intake cam is different. It has LESS lift and MORE duration than the turbo version. This is good for low end power/tq, but rather bad for top end power. There have been a few dyno results showing some gains, but they were on rather stock cars. It really depends on what you want to do and what your goals are...

And that's why a person inquiring about buying a long block would do their research on them first before buying something like a long block out right ;).

If you want something that is toyota-good buy a toyota short block. Brand new block, pistons, rods, everything. They still sell them if I recal correctly for about $2400. Then just get yourself a mhg, and head, or you can buy a brand new head from toyota again, I get them here for $1200 ish. Probably get some sort of warranty from toyota too if you buy it pre-assembled. Just another thought, as you don't need forged for 425hp, although it could be a good idea, it's not a necessity.

I can get a new toyota short block in 1 week. List price is like 3200.00 ish.
You can pm me for a price, I try to never do business in open forum. The other built block I have, you would prob. want to finish yourself. The more work I do to it, the more I would need for it.
