Its going to be different depending on the year of the block. The older blocks have allen plugs that screw into the block, there are two of them at the rear drivers side (where you highlighted), you don't have to replace these. On the newer blocks, instead of a screw in plug, they changed them for a standard core plug that gets pressed in.
The front plug is a different type of plug, it looks like a convex disk. This has to be put in place then "peened" or dimpled in the center to make it a tight fit. Have your machine shop do this, as if it pops out you will get coolant in your oil and destroy your entire motor.
