7mgte Auto to 5 speed..... Can i use the auto ecu with no probs?

quick question.

i can get a auto turbo targa but i have my non running 5 speed

so if i swap the trans and all will the auto harness and ecu work just fine?

auto ecu will work with 5 speed, 5 speed ecu will not work with auto.

Research and find how to bypass the neutral safety start switch, I would tell you but I don't know off of the top of my head.
