The GE has a different style AFM than the GTE and I believe they're not interchangeable. Someone feel free to punch me in the face if I'm wrong though.

GEs use a totally different style AFM as noted above. Wont work, not that you'd need it. The reason turbo guys switch to it is to get around fuel cut.

If you can mount it, tps is the same, have a way of tuning, if the maf is of the not karmen vortex type, might work.

Why, do you have a lot of mods needing more air?

Wont work. The computer reads a different signal. And the ge plug has 7 wires vs 5.

That would prolly be way too much air for a stock one as well.

7M-GE AFM = Reports Voltage to the ECU
7M-GTE AFM = Reports Frequency to the ECU.

As already stated, the only reason to fit a Lexus AFM is for GTE people who are hitting fuel cut. As you're not hitting it, and not even running a turbo, it's entirely pointless. The AFM on the GE is already larger than it needs to be for the engine. If there was a bolt-on upgrade, it would still be entirely pointless.
