7M rebuild experts...

I think I am rebuilding my engine in the next few months...
Are there any members that I can PM for specific help throughout the whole thing? Mainly the machining part of it I am unsure about...This is my first rebuild and I know very little. Any help is greatly appreciated...

i must admit that im not that great at rebuilding either but the first thing i did my first time was study the TSRM(your bible from this moment and on). find and rememberize as many things as you can. read the whole thing. congrats my friend you are about to be your own machanic!

Study the threads in the tech sections first, and the TRSM.

read everything you can find, take lots of pictures it will help when time comes to put everything back together, and finially lable everything. it really wasnt that hard to work on once it was out of the car because you can see every thing. if you need any help ill do what i can.

keep us updated on you progress. prehaps you will be able to offer other people advice in the future when it comes time for them to rebuild their engine
