I dont think theres anyone making more power in a mk3 with a 7m then duane...
But As far as a 7MGTE! record it would have to be mibrum if you went by 7m mk3 thats a diff story.

I've seen Duanes dyno sheet but I found it a little bit odd at the end. Why a break up and then after that the power just goes up even more?
The rpm/mph graph might suggest that he popped the clutch or wheel spin or anything... I don't know... Could someone explain this for me?

Nope, pretty much a guarantee that 814 is a bit on the low side.
He's not likely to pick up much more than that, though, as he's quickly approaching the limit of the turbo he has bolted on there.

Still too small. 47-88 is the turbo to make the power off of. Be prepared to see 1200whp through a powerglide in CT within the next lifetime.
