hello guys, sorry, a question, the original engine 7mgte, mounting cam more thrusts and a big turbo and injectors plus, how much you can move the rev limiter for maximum reliability ?7000? 7500? 8000? thank you :1zhelp:

rev limiter is usually set by pistons and rods and connecting pins, their strength....and how heavy crankshaft and flywheel is. basically everything that rotates in engine determines were is the rev limiter. Supra is not designed to rev high in the first place.

There is also written what is the maximum speed that piston can travel up/down, when it exceeds this limits it can break. Anyway - for stock bottom end don't raise rpm
