Alright, I may be making a bad decision, but I may go with a 2jz into my car.

This car will be sitting for a long time now but I really want the 2jz in there so yeah I think I am going to go with it. i will be selling my '92 NEW ( from TOYOTA ) Wiring Harness last one produced.

Any insight, please don't discourage this idea, I would like to try something I suck at, swaping a motor that doesn't belong in the mkiii.

whats wrong with the 7m?

and im sucker for 2j's so i tip my hat: 1-2j/0-7m
how ever the 7m is growing on me, just VERY slowly

but if your willing to buy a jdm motor with XXX,XXXml as they claim, for the same price you can build a 7m to produce just as much power or more, but not my money =) its yours lol, but still a sucker for a 2jz but just to much work, im 50/50.

Well, I really don't want to part out my Teal Supra, it's Mint basically, and has no rust.. not even a chip in the paint where rust is so.. yeah it has 76,xxx miles on it too.

Sadly the car can be parted out for a lot more then being sold all together, adn anyhow if I did get it running I wouldn't sell it.

main thing is I just ordered a NEW Engine Harness From japan for it, Last one ever made 530.00 now I am stuck with it or If I can sell it lol.

I would go with a 2J.

For NO other reason than I want to. Yes it costs more money. The 7M is an awesome engine, this has been showcased many times. My next engine will be a 2J
