7M-GTE no boost?!

Hello I just bought my first Supra (7M-GTE) about a month ago and it had a slight sputter around 4k rpm and was building about 4 lbs of boost. Then it started running really fucky. I changed the plugs, wires, fixed boost/vacuum leaks. I can barely give it more than 25% throttle and if it tries to build any boost it will maybe get one or two pounds and then instantly lose it and start bucking until you let off the throttle. No check engine light or anything. Any help would be appreciated

Burning oil or anything? Check ignition timing? Any mods? What condition is the turbo in? Are you sure you got all the boost leaks? Search boost leak tester.

check for codes..the ecu stores codes that sometimes don't light up.

Not burning oil, used a boost leak tester and when I got every leak i could find done the air was wanting to come out of the cap on the valve cover, reset ignition timing, turbo has a bit of shaft play and I purchased another off a friend but am waiting for the gaskets to install it. Also how do you check for the codes?
