7M-GTE individual coil on plug setup?

Pretty obvious it's still waste spark is an understatement. After all the stock igniter only has 3 drives.

Off course jetjock, that statement was just to later illustrate what their system was doing (the split in half explaination) for those who might be confused :biglaugh:

not for anything but the 7m-gte coils are pretty damn stout. This cleans up the engine bay pretty good though. As for improvements. You might or might not. Depending on the condition of the 7m coils.

I'm also a big fan of the stock coils. I'm currently running the tookwik IS300 coils set-up, mostly to clean up the engine bay. With that said, sooner than later I will be getting the HKS DLI to bump up my spark anyways. I'm mostly curious to know if the 2JZGTE coils can be used in a wastespark configuration etc, I dont know much about dwell time and other factors etc that affects coils and such.
