What is your goal for running the bigger valve? With these being FI engines, you don't need to open up the valves to make power. The same goes for the swirl effect on the combustion chamber gases to help them escape, the pressurized air forces any unspent gases out.
CFM is power so it never hurts to increase the amount of air you can flow into the chamber even if there is a turbocharger to force it in. Plus with an aftermarket bottom end a built up top end is going to help bring out it's potential.
