They were going to tune at 22psi but boost controller wasn't cooperating. Boost was set at the wastegate spring for 18psi. Could probably have gotten 500whp at 22psi :(

Don't mind the exterior. I had to get the engine dialed-in before body work and paint. Mod list is in my signature.

Enjoy:

Supposedly they are stock turbo cams that had extra material welded on the lobes to raise them. Not sure how much, but since I'm pulling -21in vacuum at idle, I can't imagine them being too aggressive.

Do you have a dyno with a CT26? 3in exhaust right? Im impressed that the power didnt fall off till redline. CT's usually fall on thier face past 5500rpm.

Never ran a ct26 on this setup. Exhaust is full 3" all the way back. However, the Trust muffler shrinks down to around 2.5" at it's base. Probably as a noise suppressant. I've very surprised with the power curve as well. The torque does seem to drop off at around 5500rpm. I'm actually surprised that the engine didn't make more torque than it did. Could be from the cams, port job or even the 2mm head gasket.

Hmm. I wonder if the dreaded 5500 rpm torque fall off is due to cams or manifold, not so much the CT26. You plan on advancing those cam gears at all?

Targa actually. And at the end of this month I'm moving from this hole and relocating to Charleston SC. Nobody's representing Supra's down there. Especially not MKIII's.

When you end up making it down to Charleston, you should give my kid brother a ride in your car. He doesn't think mkIIIs can be all that fast. He is stationed at the naval base there.

Not sure how fast it'll be with full interior, sound system and 8 gallons of sound deadener. Plus I currently can't get the power down as I'm losing traction at 4800rpm with 275's on the back (Michelin Pilot MX Sports). Need to get slicks on there. Also I'm going to be leaving the Supra here for a few months to iron out a few outstanding issues and get painted. Then I'll have it towed down to Charleston.

Oh damn. He might be getting stationed somewhere else by then. Oh well. He has a 98 sc300 with a 2jzgte swap and a turbonetics t66 turbo with f1 wheel. He is all about the 2j and doesn't think the 7m is worth a shit. I would love to see him proved wrong.
