If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you, and how many belts do you run?

Mine was around 1G. (no receipt in hand) As I said, since they has the drawing, it "should" be cheaper. Also, I only run one belt and have a trigger wheel attached to the front for a magnetic pic up.

ok so after much debate i decided to pull the motor and not be lazy and check for any damage. I have decided that the damage to the pulley and crank, bearings, flywheel was due to the power and balance issue with the pulley. Rod bearings look good mains are ok except for number 4 crank was bent out of round. flywheel was tight but showed signs of etching on the crank and back side of wheel. Need to check some specs on my main caps they look ok should be back together next week.

ok so i ended up using my spare block did a line hone, resurface, bore etc. block is ready to assemble and install. Got a new os giken tripple plate clutch coming in from japan. An ati pulley i already had it sized to fit. Just as i was about to assemble and install it i get a call from the body shop and they are dead so they say they can have the entire car repainted and ready to go for july 14th. If all goes well i will assemble it and be ready the same week. I also have to install my arz brake kit, meth kit , and interior. Plan is to run a low boost of 26-27 and high of 35psi. Wish me luck

Looks like that #4 bearing wasn't installed properly as the locating tang isn't even sitting in its spot

no that was just tossed in for a pic after the fact, also if you look close the bearing is out of shape funny thing is it is smooth and there were no symptoms i just tore it down because i know what a balance issue can do. The crank bolt got loose and at 30psi and 8k rpm that is the end result. Mind you all this time i have run with the stock pulley and original bolt that was my mistake as i think it no longer will clamp the pully tight enough even with thread lock.

Good Luck! What fuel?

thanks i think first i will finish the tune with c16 to get a base number, then i will switch to meth and 93oct. Low boost will be about 26psi and high will be around 35. The plan is no more race gas for me i am fully prepared to blow it to achieve my goal. However i may just pay for a tune as i have no experience with meth.

the crank is bent now out by .012 in the center so it was enough under load to take the top layer off the bearing. Check the build thread
